Since these items are made to order, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase to delivery. Please note that if the quality of the finished product is not satisfactory, shipping may be delayed.
Refund Policy
In the case of a defective product or a mistake in the shipping of the product by our store, we will cover the return handling fee. Regarding product exchanges, we only accept exchanges for ring sizes. Please contact us within one week of receiving the product.
