As our products are made to order, delivery typically takes approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please note that production time may be extended if the finished product does not meet our quality standards.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the event that a product is defective or an incorrect item has been shipped by us, we will cover all related costs.
Ring size exchanges are accepted for unused items only.
