For those whose gold and silver decorations have faded due to use, we offer a repair service where we apply new gold and silver decorations and re-fire the item.

The dirt that has accumulated over time on the ceramic parts will be burned off, leaving them in a state close to new, so we hope you will continue to use them for a long time to come.

(*Please note that if there are scratches from metal accessories, there is a chance that marks may remain.)
(*It is not possible to restore chips or cracks.)

❶First, please contact us using the inquiry form. Please write "Repair" in the subject line and include your name, address, email address, phone number, and the product name you are using.

❷We will provide you with the contact information for the Arita pottery manufacturer, so please send your beloved item there (we regret that shipping costs will be borne by the customer).

❸ Please transfer the repair fee of 2,200 yen (tax included) to the specified account (we apologize, but the transfer fee will be borne by the customer).

❹ After we confirm your payment, we will begin the repair work and keep the item for approximately 3 to 4 weeks, after which we will return it to you free of charge.
