We offer a maintenance (refinishing) service for rings and necklaces whose gold or silver enamel has faded with use.
As part of this service, each piece is fired again in the kiln to refresh the ceramic surface, helping reduce stains and discoloration and restoring it to a condition close to new.

*Please note that scratches caused by contact with metal accessories may not be completely removed and could remain visible.

*Items with chips or cracks cannot be accepted, as the firing process may place additional stress on damaged areas.

Service Procedure

Please contact us through the inquiry form.
In the subject line, write “Maintenance Service”, and include the following information:
your name, address, email address, phone number, and the product name.

❷Shipping Your Item
We will provide the contact details of the Arita pottery manufacturer.
Please send your item directly to them.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

❸ Maintenance Fee
The maintenance fee is 2,200 JPY (tax included).
Please transfer the fee to the designated bank account.
Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

❹Maintenance & Return
Once payment has been confirmed, the artisan will begin the maintenance process.
The service takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks, after which the item will be returned to you free of charge.
