Q1. How long does the scent last on the accessories?
What should I do if I want to change the scent?

A. The longevity of the scent varies depending on the type and concentration of the fragrance or essential oil. Generally, if applied in the morning, the scent will last throughout the day until evening.
Once the fragrance has faded, you may simply apply a new scent.

 

Q2. Which size fragrance ring should I choose if my exact size is not available?

A. If your exact size is not available, we recommend choosing a size slightly larger than your actual finger size. The inside of the ring is glazed to provide a non-slip effect, helping prevent it from slipping off easily.
If the ring is too small, it may crack due to stress when putting it on or taking it off.

 

Q3. Can I exchange the ring size?

A. Yes. As long as the item is unused, we will inspect the returned item and send a replacement free of charge.

Q4. Can I wash my hands while wearing the fragrance ring?

A. This product is made of porous ceramic, which absorbs not only fragrances and essential oils but also water-based substances such as detergents.
Please remove the ring when using detergents, such as when washing your hands, cooking, or doing laundry.

 

Q5. How long does it take for my product to arrive after placing an order?

A. Our products are generally made to order. Delivery typically takes approximately 4 to 7 weeks from the date of purchase.

Q6. How does the fragrance ring change over time?

A. Due to the nature of the material, the light beige color may gradually develop a natural patina and shift into a soft greige tone over time
(see the photo below, from the ring on the right to the ring on the left). 
In addition, exposure to fragrances and essential oils may influence the surface, creating a unique character for each piece.
We hope you enjoy this natural aging process. If you prefer a ring that shows less visible change, we recommend choosing the dark gray color.

Q7. What if I am concerned about stains? Is there a solution?

A. If stains are a concern, you may gently sand the surface using fine-grit sandpaper.
Please note that this may alter the appearance of the ring, so proceed at your own discretion.
Avoid sanding any glazed areas.

 

Q8. Can I use fragrances or essential oils other than JODAN.’s?

A. Yes, you may use fragrances and essential oils from other brands.
JODAN.’s original scents are carefully formulated with 100% natural ingredients and designed to be gentle rather than overpowering, but you are welcome to use any fragrance you enjoy.
